HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. We ship from warehouses in Europe and the United States: delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within Europe and the US, and 5–10 business days via DHL Express to all other countries. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return eligible, unworn items with tags attached within 90 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at customerservice@aloyogaoutletofficial.com with your order number. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll be glad to advise.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Shipping options and costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
WILL I PAY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?
Orders within the EU include applicable taxes with no extra customs charges. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
MY ITEM ARRIVED FAULTY OR INCORRECT — WHAT DO I DO?
We're sorry! Email customerservice@aloyogaoutletofficial.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@aloyogaoutletofficial.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
