Thank you for shopping with us. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order arrives.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship from fulfilment centres in Europe and the United States, so most orders arrive quickly. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Europe & United States: 2–4 business days
  • All other countries: 5–10 business days via DHL Express

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier volume, or events outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order value. Any free-shipping threshold, if active, is shown in your cart before you pay.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped within the European Union include applicable taxes and are not subject to additional customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@aloyogaoutletofficial.com and we will open an inquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
