90-DAY RETURNS

You may return eligible items within 90 days of the delivery date for a refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Items that are worn, damaged by the customer, or missing tags cannot be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

Underwear and swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed
Beauty, skincare, and wellness/supplement products that have been opened
Gift cards
Items marked "final sale"

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at customerservice@aloyogaoutletofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Pack the item securely in suitable packaging and send it back using a tracked service.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee processing of unannounced returns.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, in which case we cover the return cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange for a different size or colour is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at customerservice@aloyogaoutletofficial.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are shopping from the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right is in addition to our 90-day return window.
